EARLY LIFE OF DONALD TRUMP:

Donald trump, former businessman and television personality, was born in 1946, in Queens, New York. He was the son of Mary Anne and Fred trump,  who himself was a wealthy real estate developer. At age 13, Trump enrolled in the New York Military Academy. In 1966 he was transferred to the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania because it offered one of the few real state studies departments in United States academia at the time. He worked at the family business, Elizabeth and Son, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in economics.

In the early 1970`s, he shifted from his father`s focus on the middle-class rental housing and turned toward commercial real state development. In 1971, he became involved in large, profitable building projects in Manhattan and his deal-making skills allowed him to build an empire in real state and entertainment, becoming a celebrity in the process. There were also some bad times which forced him to sell off his largest Manhattan real estate parcel. But he was  able to recover from that phase quickly. In 1990, he opened the Trump Taj Mahal casino in Atlantic City.

In 1996 he got the ownership of Miss Universe Organization  which produces the Miss Universe, Miss USA, and Miss Tean USA pageants. In 2003,Trump became the executive producer and host of the NBC reality show The Apprentice, which he hosted for 12 years and was a huge success. Trump considered running for president in 1988, 2000, and 2004 and for  Governor of New York in 2006, but aside from 2000 did not enter any of those races. In 2010-2012, he  publicly announced his consideration of candidature for presidency again but his association with the ‘Birther issue’a group that firmly believed Barack Obama was not born in US deprecated his political reputation. In 2013, Trump was a featured speaker at the Conservative Political Action Conference. There he spoke out against illegal immigration. He spent over $1 million to research a possible run for president of United States. In October 2013, New York Republicans circulated a memo suggesting Trump should run for governor of the state in 2014.In response to the memo, he said that running for the mayor was not of great interest to him.On June 16, 2015, Trump made his White House ambitions official when he announced his run for president on the Republican ticket for the 2016.He defeated 16 opponents in the primaries. His campaign received extensive media coverage and won the general election on November 8, 2016 in a surprise victory against Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton. As far as health is considered, Trump has never smoked cigarettes or consumed any drugs or alcohol which was a decision he made after watching his older brother Fred Jr.`s  early death in 1981, who was suffering from alcoholism .It was his sheer determination and hard work which today has made him  544th richest person in the world with an estimated net worth of  $3.5 billion and the president of United States of America.
