The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 has announced to launch its onslaught of Smartphones in 2018 from the 14th of February. The Redmi Note 5 model has so far been speckled in some early leaks and recently received 3C certification in China. It will be the successor of the Redmi Note 4 that is claimed to be the “top selling smartphone” in the Indian market in 2017.

The successor to Redmi Note 4 could come with improvements on display and camera front, The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 features a 5.99-inch Full HD+ screen with a resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels, resulting in a density of 403 pixels per inch, Android 8.0 Oreo-based MIUI 9 build, Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor under the hood.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 is equipped to come with a dual camera setup, 16MP rear camera with an LED flash and 8MP front camera for selfies and video calling. The Redmi Note 5 comes with 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card to deliver a seamless performance while multitasking or gaming.
